TO FACILITATE THE CREATION, IMPLEMENTATION AND FUNDING FOR A VILLAGE-LEVEL WOMEN'S GYNECOLOGIC AND OBSTETRIC HEALTH INITIATIVE IN RURAL ETHIOPIA.
