THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO ENHANCE AND ENRICH THE YOUTH, FAMILIES, AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITY OF THE RAFAEL HERNANDEZ DUAL LANGUAGE SCHOOL. THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES DUAL LANGUAGE EDUCATION, PROVIDES ENRICHING AFTER SCHOOL, INCREASES ACCESS TO THE ARTS, AFFORDS EDUCATONAL OPPORTUNITIES TO ADULTS, AND ASSISTS WITH CONSTITUENTS' BASIC NEEDS.
