THE MISSION OF THE WASHINGTON SOCCER ASSOCIATION IS TO PROVIDE AREA YOUTH WITH AN OPPORTUNITY FOR HEALTHY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY IN AN ORGANIZED AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT, TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP THROUGH EDUCATING YOUTH IN THE CONCEPTS OF FAIR PLAY AND TEAMWORK, AND TO PROVIDE A VENUE FOR WHOLESOME FUN.
