FOSTER GRANDPARENTS WILL PROVIDE ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL SUPPORT TO CHILDREN AGES 1-10, AND ASSIST IN CLASSROOMS OF YOUNG CHILDREN THROUGH A NETWORK OF PLACEMENT SITES.
