THE COUNCIL FOR HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE MINISTRIES (CHHSM) IS A HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE ORGANIZATION AFFILIATED WITH THE UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST.
