WE ENGAGE IN THESE PRACTICES IN THE BIOREGION OF THE HUDSON VALLEY AND SEEK TO BROADCAST OUR KNOWLEDGE TO COLLABORATORS AND PARTNERS IN OUR BIOREGION. ULTIMATELY, OUR WORK ASPIRES TO INFORM OTHER REGIONS IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF ECOLOGICALLY-GROUNDED FOOD SYSTEMS.
