THE CENTER FOR ARCHITECTURE + DESIGN IS DEDICATED TO CREATING A PUBLIC DIALOGUE ABOUT ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN, AND THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT. IN 2024, THE CENTER ADVANCED ITS MISSION THROUGH EXHIBITIONS, LECTURES, FILM SCREENINGS, YOUTH PROGRAMS, AND TOURS THAT INVITE THE PUBLIC TO EXPLORE HOW DESIGN SHAPES EVERYDAY LIFE. THE CENTER ALSO PRESENTED THE ARCHITECTURE + THE CITY FESTIVAL, HIGHLIGHTING THE THEME LEGACY OF REINVENTION AND ENGAGING DIVERSE AUDIENCES ACROSS THE BAY AREA. THROUGH THESE PROGRAMS, THE CENTER CONTINUES TO EXPAND ACCESS TO DESIGN EDUCATION, FOSTER COMMUNITY COLLABORATION, AND INSPIRE A DEEPER APPRECIATION FOR THE ROLE OF DESIGN IN BUILDING EQUITABLE AND SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES.
