THE CORPORATION WAS FORMED FOR THE PURPOSE OF OPERATING A 48 UNIT APARTMENT FACILITY KNOWN AS CLINTON HOUSING PROJECT (THE "PROJECT") LOCATED IN CLINTON, INDIANA, WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME FAMILIES. THE CORPORATION IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 236 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT AND REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT ("HUD") WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
