SOCORRO SENIOR LIVING ACCOMMODATES THE NEEDS OF SENIORS WHO ARE ABLE TO LIVE INDEPENDENTLY WITH OR WITHOUT SOME SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. COMMUNITY SPACES INCLUDE COIN OPERATED LAUNDRY FACILITIES, AND A TECHNOLOGY NICHE IN THE COMMUNITY ROOM. A SMALL OFFICE SPACE AND RESTROOM COMPLETES THE COMMON AREAS. THE COMMUNITY ROOM WILL PROVIDE SPACE FOR SOCIAL AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES, WHICH WILL FOSTER A SENSE OF FAMILY AND SUPPORT WITHIN THE PROJECT.
