YOUNG WORLD DAY SCHOOL'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A STANDARD OF EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE IN ACADEMIC AND PRACTICAL LIFE IN A LEARNING ENVIRONMENT DESIGNED TO NURTURE THE TWO TO TWELVE YEAR OLD CHILD'S LOVE OF LEARNING. AS OUR CHILDREN PROCEED THROUGH PRESCHOOL THROUGH SIXTH GRADE, WE SUPPORT THE EAGER PURSUIT OF KNOWLEDGE, THE CONFIDENCE TO TAKE ACADEMIC RISKS, AND THE ABILITY TO THINK LOGICALLY AND CREATIVELY. INTEGRITY, INITIATIVE, INDEPENDENCE, RESPONSIBILITY, CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS, SELF-RESPECT AND PRIDE IN LEARNING ARE THE HALLMARKS OF OUR STUDENTS AND STAFF.
