THE PURPOSE OF THE SYSTEM IS TO COLLECT AND DISBURSE FUNDS TO THE MEMBER LIBRARIES IN LUZERNE COUNTY. THE SYSTEM ALSO RECEIVES GRANTS TO FUND PROJECTS FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE MEMBER LIBRARIES.
