THE GOAL OF THE AWARD IS TO HELP AGRICULTURE PRODUCERS OVERCOME BARRIERS TO ORGANIC PRODUCTION AND CERTIFICATION, INCLUDING DURING THE THREE-YEAR TRANSITION PERIOD PRIOR TO ORGANIC CERTIFICATION. RECIPIENTS WILL TRACK PROGRAM PROGRESS THROUGH DATA COLLECTION AND WILL SUBMIT QUARTERLY REPORTS.
