FACILITATING THE SHARING OF RESOURCES;2. SUPPORTING QUALITY IMPROVEMENT INITIATIVES BY USING TECHNOLOGIES;3. IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING BARRIERS TO IMPLEMENTATION;4. EDUCATING STAKEHOLDERS; AND5. IDENTIFYING BEST PRACTICES IN TELEHEALTH DEPLOYMENT.
