IN ADDITION, OVW IS FOCUSED ON BUILDING THE CAPACITY OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL JUSTICE SYSTEMS AND VICTIM SERVICE PROVIDERS TO RESPOND EFFECTIVELY TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, DATING VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, AND STALKING AND TO FOSTER PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONS THAT HAVE NOT TRADITIONALLY WORKED TOGETHER TO ADDRESS VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN. WITH FY 2024 TA INITIATIVE FUNDING, ALTERISTIC, INC. WILL CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE CAMPUS COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTION PROJECT. THIS PROJECT WILL PROVIDE BASIC AND INTERMEDIATE TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION ON EFFECTIVE COMPREHENSIVE PREVENTION STRATEGIES THAT ARE INFORMED BY RESEARCH OR EVIDENCE-BASED. OVER THE COURSE OF THE PROJECT PERIOD, ALTERISTIC, INC. WILL PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, CONDUCT WEBINARS, HOST IN-PERSON AND VIRTUAL TRAININGS, AND CREATE AND/OR UPDATE TOOLS AND RESOURCES AS NEEDED.
