THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE THE SPORT OF BASEBALL TO YOUTH BY TEACHING THEM THE FUNDAMENTALS OF THE SPORT, TO SUPPORT AND DEVELOP AMATEUR ATHLETES WHILE ALSO FURTHERING THE YOUTHS' ABILITY TO OBTAIN HIGHER EDUCATION, HELPING TO COMBAT JUVENILE DELINQUENCY BY PROVIDING STRUCTURED ACTIVITY, AND FOSTERING NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL BASEBALL COMPETITION.
