THE ORGANIZATION IS TIED DIRECTLY TO THE CORINTH VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT. THE BOARD INCORPORATES THE MISSION STATEMENT OF THE FIRE DEPARTEMNT. THE BOARD'S PRIMARY FUNCTION IS TO CONTROL THE FINANCES OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, WHICH ALLOWS THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TO FOCUS ON ITS SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY. THE BOARD OWNS ALL THE ASSETS USED BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE DEBTS AND EXPENSES OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
