YOUNG ADULTS WILL ATTEND CAREER READINESS TRAINING (CRT) WORKSHOPS THAT INCLUDE VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION, AS WELL AS OTHER LEADERSHIP AND LIFE-SKILLS TRAINING. PARTICIPANTS WILL RECEIVE WAGES FOR ATTENDING CRT, AND WILL TRANSITION TO A PAID WORK EXPERIENCE THAT ALIGNS WITH THE IDP AND PCM. THE PARTICIPANT'S CASE MANAGER, CAREER COACH, AND MENTOR WILL CONTINUE COMMUNICATION WITH THE PARTICIPANT AND PROVIDE FOLLOW-UP SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE WORK EXPERIENCE AND FOLLOW-UP SERVICE PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS. DELIVERABLES 160 PARTICIPANTS SERVED.
