THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO PRESERVE THE UNIQUE CHARACTER AND GROUNDS OF THE HISTORIC WAWASHKAMO GOLF COURSE ON MACKINAC ISLAND, MICHIGAN, TO INFORM, EDUCATE AND ENLIGHTEN THE PUBLIC REGARDING THE HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE PROPERTY AND TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE FOREGOING.
