IN SO DOING, THE PROJECT WILL TRANSFORM LOW-WAGE CULINARY POSITIONS IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY INTO GOOD JOBS. THE REPLICATION IN PHOENIX, PHILADELPHIA, AND BALTIMORE, ALONG WITH RAP EXPANSION IN CHICAGO, WILL INVOLVE COORDINATING A RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS, ALONG WITH LABOR-MANAGEMENT PARTNERSHIP PLANNING AND OVERSIGHT, INTENSIVE SKILLS TRAINING, COLLABORATION WITH THE PUBLIC WORKFORCE SYSTEM AND COMMUNITY AGENCIES, AND COORDINATED WRAP-AROUND SUPPORT AND GUIDANCE FOR TRAINEES THROUGHOUT THEIR APPRENTICESHIPS.
